WALIMPIRRNGA TJAPALTJARRI
Walimpirrnga's paintings depict designs associated with the swamp and rockhole site of Marawa, to the west of Wilkinkarra (Lake Makay). ThTingari men travelled to Marawa from the west and after arriving at the site they went underground. Since events associated with the Tingari Cydle are of secret nature no further detail was given.
Walimpirrnga came to kiwirrkura in 1984. Prior to this he had a been living in country to the west of Lake Makay. It was estimated that at this time he was 25 years old.
