Rebecca Cool first painted her trademark face as a 10 year old child and has painted it on everything ever since. Now at 47, Rebecca feels more in love with her work than ever and resents any commitments that take her away from it. Her inspiration comes from the fabrics she sources from a variety of places including her friends who have become collectors for her. She gathers ideas in the evenings and paints during the day. She loves ducks and cats and owns several.
Her artist partner, Ross Miller lives on the same property and they share a garden.
Rebecca is happiest when she is creating. She can’t work when she is sad or tired.
She is touched by the emotions her work imbues on other people.
